Coaching Youth Basketball – Endurance warm Up Drill - Basketball Drills & Plays

This seems like a very creative way to get a group of kids to enjoy getting in shape. I am a firm believer that the more you can disguise the difficult stuff, ie jogging, the more fun working out will be for kids.
